1. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact).
- Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Receive a Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the return.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- If an item is returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following the above process and place a new order.
